Our preferred method of treatment – we inject the stem of the plant directly with a suitable herbicide. This is a more precise and effective method than foliar spray, but requires the plant to be large enough to inject. It removes the risk of collateral damage making it suitable for invasive species along waterways or near other plants and can also be completed in wet conditions.
Our team will carefully spray the knotweed with herbicide. They use all appropriate PPE as well as specialised nozzles to ensure only the invasive species is affected. It is an ideal solution for plants that are too small to receive a stem injection.
